Bruce Carver

This is Bruce's third appearance in the Dave's Sauna series, previously cast as "Gary", and this season as "Frank". Tonight, Bruce joins his life partner, Aldo, to reinterpret the original characters by infusing a Latino holiday flair ~ affirming that they are As Queer as Elves Can Be. His other notable stage moments include: a decade of singing and dancing with the Maine Gay Men's Chorus; Pippin; Little Shoppe of Horrors; The Sound of Music; and international karaoke mic drops! 

Bruce grew up as a closeted gay Maine teen in the eighties as a product of a conservative household. He shares, "No-holds-barred shows like this one push me to live my fabulous life by coloring outside of the lines and choosing crayons that I didn't have access to during my youth." Bruce would like to thank his greatest life mentor, Grandma Jane (RIP), for giving him the courage to fearlessly create.
